Born to a Finnish/British family, Henri Wilkinson took an interest in film music at a very early age and knew in elementary school that he wanted to pursue a career in music, eventually leading him to study at the highest level, the music university of Finland, Sibelius Academy. After winning several awards for his compositions, Wilkinson had the opportunity to compose for several nationally broadcasted television shows and commercials, and he begun actively pursuing a career in composing. Wilkinson scored his first theatrical feature film in 2007, the same year that he was accepted to study at the prestigious film and television music program of the USC Thornton School of Music, receiving several notable grants towards studies in the US. Wilkinson mentored with multi-Oscar-nominee James Newton Howard, and received the opportunity to orchestrate and conduct for award- winning television show "LOST". Wilkinson now resides in Los Angeles as a working professional. His credits include composing for such shows as "The Event" (NBC) and upcoming video game "Kinect Star Wars" (LucasArts and Microsoft). In addition, Wilkinson has orchestrated for such films as "Step Up 3D" (Disney), "Blood Done Sign My Name", "Mother and Child", for such shows as "The Walking Dead" (AMC), "Eureka" (SyFy), "Caprica" (SyFy), "Trauma" (NBC), "Human Target" (Fox), "The Cape" (NBC), "American Dad!" (Fox), and for such video games as "SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs".
